Agreement

By using ReplyForMe (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What ReplyForMe Does

ReplyForMe connects to your Google Business Profile and automatically generates and posts replies to customer reviews based on your configured settings.

Your Responsibilities

• You must have authorization to manage the Google Business Profile locations you connect
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving replies for reviews rated 3 stars or below (unless you change your default settings)
• You are responsible for the content posted to your Google Business Profile, even when generated by our service
• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service and review policies

Our Responsibilities

• We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and functioning
• We will not post replies to reviews rated below 4 stars without your approval (default setting)
• We provide an undo feature for every reply we post
• We will not access your Google account for any purpose other than managing review replies

Billing & Cancellation

• The service costs $8 per month per location, or $80 per year per location
• You can cancel at any time — no long-term contracts
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

Limitation of Liability

ReplyForMe is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• Reviews or replies that violate Google's policies
• Loss of business due to review replies
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated reply content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

AI-Generated Content

Review replies are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for professional, appropriate responses:

• AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect
• You should review replies, especially for sensitive reviews
• The undo feature allows you to remove any reply we post

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Use the service for spam or abuse
• Fail to pay for the service

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
