Agreement

By using ReplyForMe (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What ReplyForMe Does

ReplyForMe connects to your Google Business Profile via the official Google Business Profile API and uses AI to generate personalized replies to customer reviews. Replies are posted automatically or held for your approval, depending on your configured autopilot and tone settings.

Your Responsibilities

  • You must have authorization to manage the Google Business Profile locations you connect
  • You are responsible for configuring your autopilot settings to control which star ratings are auto-replied and which require your approval
  • You are responsible for all content posted to your Google Business Profile through our service, including AI-generated replies — whether auto-posted or manually approved
  • You should review replies for reviews involving sensitive topics, complaints, or legal matters before approving them
  • You must comply with Google's Terms of Service and review policies

Our Responsibilities

  • We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and functioning
  • We will respect your autopilot settings and only auto-post replies for star ratings you have enabled
  • We provide an undo feature for every reply we post
  • We will not access your Google account for any purpose other than reading reviews and posting replies
  • AI-generated replies will never offer refunds, discounts, or free items on your behalf

AI-Generated Content

Review replies are generated using artificial intelligence. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or responses that do not fully reflect your business's voice or position
  • You are solely responsible for any AI-generated reply posted to your Google Business Profile, whether auto-posted via autopilot or manually approved by you
  • You should review replies for sensitive, negative, or potentially contentious reviews before posting
  • The undo feature allows you to remove any reply we post, but the reply may have already been seen by the reviewer or the public before removal
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will comply with any specific legal, regulatory, or industry requirements applicable to your business

Billing & Cancellation

  • The service costs $9 per month per location, or $89 per year per location
  • Annual plans include clearance of your existing backlog of unanswered reviews
  • You may upgrade from monthly to annual at any time; the remaining monthly balance is prorated
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your payment card details
  • You can cancel at any time — no long-term contracts
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the service until then
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

Data Retention After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • We stop monitoring for new reviews and posting replies at the end of your billing period
  • Previously posted replies remain on your Google Business Profile — we do not remove them
  • Your Google OAuth tokens are deleted within 30 days of cancellation
  • Review data and reply history are retained for up to 90 days after cancellation for record-keeping, then permanently deleted
  • You can request immediate deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us

Limitation of Liability

ReplyForMe is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

  • Reviews or replies that violate Google's policies
  • Loss of business due to review replies
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated reply content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these terms
  • Use the service for spam or abuse
  • Fail to pay for the service

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
