Terms of Service
Last updated: June 15, 2026
Plain-English Summary
ReplyForMe helps businesses save time by generating and posting thoughtful replies to Google reviews. You stay responsible for your account, billing, settings, and business reputation, and you can cancel your subscription according to the plan terms shown at checkout.
The full terms below add the details, but nothing in them is meant to surprise you. If you ever have a question, email us at support@replyforme.ai. By using ReplyForMe (“the Service”), you agree to these terms.
What ReplyForMe Does
ReplyForMe helps you monitor and respond to your Google reviews. We connect to your Google Business Profile through Google's official API, read your reviews, and use AI to draft personalized replies.
Depending on the settings you choose, replies are either posted automatically or held for your approval. We support businesses with multiple locations, and we write each reply to match the language of the review — for example, a review in Spanish gets a reply in Spanish.
Google Business Profile Access
To do its job, ReplyForMe needs access to your connected Google Business Profile. When you connect your account, you authorize us to access your locations, reviews, and related business information as needed to provide the features you use.
You should only connect locations you're authorized to manage, and your use of Google's services stays subject to Google's own terms and review policies. You can disconnect us at any time through your Google Account permissions — though doing so will limit or disable the Service.
Posting Replies on Your Behalf
When you enable it, you authorize ReplyForMe to post, update, and remove review replies on your connected locations on your behalf — for example, by turning on autopilot for certain star ratings or by approving a drafted reply. You're in control of these settings and can change them anytime.
AI-Generated Review Replies
Replies are generated using AI. We work hard to make them sound natural and on-brand, but AI isn't perfect, so we can't guarantee every reply will be exactly right for every situation.
Because of that, a few things stay your responsibility:
- Setting up your preferences — which star ratings auto-post, your tone, and the business context you provide — and keeping them appropriate for your business
- The replies that get posted to your Google Business Profile, whether they auto-post or you approve them yourself
- Keeping an eye on your reviews and reputation, and reviewing replies to sensitive or negative reviews before they post
We don't guarantee that AI-generated replies meet any specific legal, regulatory, or industry requirement for your business — that part is up to you.
Undoing or Removing a Reply
Every reply we post comes with an undo option. When you undo a reply (or ask us to change one), we'll try to remove or update it using the tools Google provides through its API.
Since the reply lives on Google's platform, the exact timing and result depend on Google, and a reply may already have been seen before it's removed. We can't promise instant removal in every case, but we'll always attempt it through Google's supported functionality.
Free Trial and Billing
New accounts start with a free trial (currently 7 days). We collect a payment method up front but don't charge it during the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the price you selected — unless you cancel before the trial ends. The exact plan and price are always shown to you at checkout.
A few things to know about billing:
- We offer monthly and annual plans
- Pricing is per connected location unless stated otherwise, so adding locations increases your subscription quantity and total price
- Annual plans may include extras such as clearing your backlog of unanswered reviews, which starts once your paid subscription begins (not during the trial)
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never store your full payment card details
- Please keep your billing information current so your subscription can renew without interruption
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal or your account settings — no long-term contracts. If you cancel during the free trial, your card isn't charged and access ends when the trial closes. After the trial, canceling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law or where we've agreed to a refund. If something went wrong, reach out — we're happy to talk it through.
Acceptable Use
To keep ReplyForMe trustworthy for everyone, please don't use it to:
- Send spam or do anything unlawful
- Create or post fake, deceptive, or fraudulent reviews or replies
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or mislead anyone
- Abuse or try to circumvent Google's systems, or break Google's policies
- Violate the law or the rights of others
Third-Party Services
ReplyForMe relies on a few trusted services to work: Google Business Profile, Stripe (payments), our email provider (currently Resend), our hosting and database providers (currently Vercel and Supabase), and our AI provider (currently Google Gemini).
If one of these providers has an outage or changes its API or policies, it may affect or interrupt the Service. Those providers run on their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their actions.
Limitation of Liability
ReplyForMe is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for things outside our reasonable control, including:
- Reviews or replies that violate Google's policies
- Lost business resulting from review replies
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated reply content
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, is used for spam or abuse, or doesn't pay for the Service. If we ever need to do this, we'll aim to be fair and to let you know.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms over time. If we make a material change, we'll let active users know by email. Continuing to use ReplyForMe after a change means you accept the updated terms.
